HR audit

If companies want to prevent problems in people management,  there should be HR audit done from time to time, as in all other departments/units within the organization.

The hard process is to establish all policies/procedures/manuals but more important is to check if they work. That is something that companies forget. This audit has to cover:

  • Internal organization
  • Culture
  • Compliance
  • Employment
  • Learning and development
  • Performance management
  • Reward
  • Employee and labor relation
  • EHS
  • HR administration

When audit conducted, action plan should be made according to company priorities. Are we doing it on regular basis???
